Priti Gurung

Priti joined Temple Legal Protection in 2023 and currently holds the role of Quality Assurance Assistant. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of operational processes, with a focus on maintaining high service standards and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Priti brings over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry—including mortgage, insurance, and estate planning advice—paired with more than 15 years in customer-focused roles. This background gives her a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of regulatory and client service expectations.

Priti holds a CII certification and a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Law, underpinning her quality assurance work with both technical knowledge and analytical acumen.
