Specialist legal expenses insurer Temple Legal Protection has announced that Sean Fayle has joined its board of directors.
Sean has nearly 30 years’ experience in the legal expenses sector, having worked across underwriting, sales and relationship management roles. Since joining Temple in 2018, he has played a key role in developing the company’s ‘before the event’ (BTE) offering, helping to establish Temple as a growing and innovative provider, particularly for membership organisations and associations, including specialist sectors such as the emergency services and professional bodies.

Commenting on his appointment, Sean said: “Temple’s BTE offering has been a core part of the business since it was founded in 1999. In recent years, we have seen strong growth, alongside continued investment in both our products and our people.
This places us in a strong position to build further momentum. I am looking forward to continuing to work closely with our clients and partners as we continue to develop our products, services and claims handling proposition in respond to their evolving needs.”
Commenting on Sean’s appointment, Laurence Pipkin said: “Sean’s appointment to the board reflects both his contribution to the business and the continued growth of our BTE offering. He has played a central role in building this area of the company, combining strong technical understanding with a clear view of what our clients and partners require.
We are now seeing the results of that work, and I look forward to his continued significant contribution at board level.”
