Temple Legal Protection and our subsidiary company Temple Funding are fully accredited and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) offering the transparency and security our clients deserve.

In addition, having developed our professional reputation according to a strict code of ethics and values, every member of staff commits to:

Social Responsibility

Our Environment

Temple recognises the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to everyone. We’ll always strive to follow best practice in relation to protecting our environment.

  • Recycling
    Our team recycles all they can to reduce the amount of general waste and help to protect the environment.
    We dispose of our waste IT equipment through an accredited recycling company.
  • Energy usage
    Our team ensures all lights and electrical equipment are turned off before they leave the building at the end of each working day.
  • Paper less policy
    We have a paperless office policy in place which is designed to limit the amount of paper we use as a company and we are constantly reviewing ways in which we can further develop this initiative.

Our Community

We have continued our commitment to supporting our community both locally and nationally. We actively encourage our team to volunteer through programmes organised internally and externally.

Our Education

We understand that the students of today are the business leaders of tomorrow and vocational experience can be invaluable. We work closely with the local schools, colleges and the renowned University of Law, Guildford to provide opportunities for students of all ages. We actively seek to recruit through these channels to support our community and local economy.

Training

We invest in our staff to ensure their personal career progression, our continual progression as a firm and to create a positive and stable working environment with high staff retention levels. This engenders continuity for our clients and a stronger working partnership with them.
Amongst the professional qualifications and accreditations we have funded and supported are CII, CILEX, GDL, CIPR, CIM and others.
We are also in partnership with specialist e-learning and compliance consultancy, Heads Up Compliance and are collaborating to provide innovative online training to our staff members.
