Callum Fayle

Callum is a Senior Claims Handler at Temple, responsible for managing legal expenses claims providing expert guidance to clients and he is committed to delivering fair and timely resolutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service. He joined Temple in 2023, as part of a work experience program, bringing with him a strong foundation in law from his studies at college.

Since joining Temple, Callum has gained a comprehensive understanding of the legal insurance sector, developing a deep understanding of the claims process, legal compliance and effective customer communication and is focused on further developing his skills. He plans to pursue his CII exams in the near future to enhance his expertise and to better assist clients with their queries.
