Rebrand of our A-rated capacity provider to Intact Insurance
Temple Legal Protection is pleased to confirm that its A-rated capacity provider, RSA Insurance, will rebrand as Intact Insurance with effect from 6th October 2025.
Intact is Canada’s largest property and casualty insurer with a strong international presence. Since acquiring RSA in 2021, Intact has expanded its reach across the UK and Ireland, built a leading specialty lines platform and enhanced its capital strength.
For solicitors, brokers and policyholders, the rebrand does not affect existing arrangements as the insurer will remain the same legal entity.
For all users of our online policy system the branding change will take place automatically on 6th October 2025 and any policy documentation issued from this date will reflect the rebranding of the insurer.
If there are any mentions of RSA insurance within your internal documentation please ensure this is updated accordingly to Intact Insurance.
