During 2020, Temple have held several well-attended webinars on key legal and costs topics. These platforms have allowed a large number of people to meet virtually, understand the topic in question and engage with an audience of like-minded legal services providers. Here’s why we do these and how our online communications have become part of the ‘now normal’.
Without doubt, the last few months have been incredibly difficult and challenging; the Covid-19 outbreak requiring us all to adapt to a new working environment and how we meet and communicate.
In spite of the upheaval, we’ve taken a positive view and see it as the way forward to expand and develop the interaction we have with our customers. As with many other businesses, we are working remotely and we have also implemented new virtual communication channels to help with this.
Now, more than ever, keeping in touch regularly is vital to maintaining the level of service you have come to expect. Here at Temple, we take great pride in this. At this time of uncertainty, that need for communication has never been greater but reaching out to customers has been greatly restricted without the ability to meet face-to-face.
We have always sought to provide a first-class service, one that enhances individual relationships with our customers. If it can’t be face-to-face, we have always sought to make it one-to-one, with dedicated underwriting managers and direct dial phone numbers.
Due to the current restrictions Temple, along with many other businesses, have found one of the most effective way to have proper two-way dialogue is through webinars. Informative content presented by experienced guest speakers and our own expert underwriters bringing their own specialist knowledge directly your computer screen or tablet.
