We are delighted to confirm that the new version of the Temple Online Policy System (TOPS) is scheduled to go live on Wednesday 8th November at 09:00hrs.
While the new system is being installed, the original system will be unavailable between 16:00hrs on Friday 3rd November until 09:00hrs on Wednesday 8th November, which means that the system will be unavailable for two working days.
We consistently strive to provide the best service for our clients and we have reduced disruption to a minimum, however if you require any assistance while TOPS is unavailable please do call us on 01483 577 877 and we will be able to assist.
The system retains all of the existing strengths and features but with a cleaner, faster and more intuitive interface.
We are also pleased to introduce the following new features:
- Referral applications for those cases which fall outside your scheme can now be submitted through TOPS.
- Real-time changes – new users or maintenance required for your firm’s account will not be subject to overnight or weekend delay
- A new streamlined process for claim notification.
- Configurable personalised dashboard and notifications area
- Enhanced disbursement funding integration through Temple Funding (subject to approval)
- Training videos and tips to support new and existing users
