In his role as the company’s IT and Marketing Assistant, Steve is at the heart of two key disciplines. This combination of skills means that he takes a pragmatic and realistic approach to his IT work whilst also developing his creative skills implementing the agreed marketing and business development projects.
Steve has a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth and joined Temple in July 2016. He has a wealth of experience in website development, project management and knowledge of the insurance industry.
His IT role, involves providing IT support to users while also ensuring the business systems are running smoothly. For the marketing activities Steve works closely with the Underwriting departments and external agencies. He takes a ‘hands on’ approach and has been involved in a number of significant projects include the ongoing implementation of the company’s promotional activities, refining and enhancing the Temple corporate identity, designing new literature and the implementation of targeted business development plans with his colleagues.
A particular focus of Steve’s attention is the maintenance and development of the company websites and other online marketing activities including preparing the highly-regarded regular e-newsletters from the Underwriting departments and online advertising campaigns.
