Quality Assurance Assistant – Manchester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Quality Assurance Team as a Quality Assurance Assistant. The role will involve internal auditing of multiple departments, providing detailed and valuable feedback to employees on their work, along with their respective managers. You will also assist with data analyses internally and across our service providers.

You may also have the opportunity to attend audits of our external business partners and may be required to assist with complaint handling.

This role would suit someone who is naturally inquisitive and has exquisite attention to detail. You must also have good organisation, time management and exceptional interpersonal skills with voice, digital and face to face communication experience.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, comfortable dealing with high level individuals outside the firm, and will need full working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of management information systems is expected. You will be required to undertake ongoing training in line with agreed objectives and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments via use of e-learning, internal training and by reading market related material.

This role may involve limited working away.

Essential Skills/Experience required to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum 2 years office experience in a compliance or auditing role (ideally insurance/broker/legal)
  • We will also consider candidates that do not have the full 2 years office experience, if they have an audit related qualification.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent e-mail/letter drafting skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
  • Team Player.
