Emma Steer

Emma Steer is an Account Handler in the BTE team, having joined Temple in 2025. She brings fresh insight and enthusiasm to the role, underpinned by her strong academic background. Emma recently completed her Bachelor of Science degree with honours, where she developed valuable organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Alongside her studies, Emma gained experience in customer-facing roles, where she built confidence in communication and developed a genuine passion for working with clients. She enjoys engaging with people, understanding their needs, and building positive relationships — skills that she brings to her role at Temple.

Emma is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development. She takes a proactive approach to her responsibilities and is committed to further growing her knowledge and capabilities as she works towards becoming a well-rounded and effective account handler.
