David Hogg
Senior Legal Underwriter
David has spent over 30 years as a Legal Executive specialising in personal injury litigation in London City solicitors. He has acted as a claimant and defendant litigator pursuing leading personal injury and industrial accident and disease cases. In these cases he acted for trade unions on the one hand and blue chip UK insurers on the other and was involved in a case that led to significant changes in industrial and medical practice.
He was a member of the ILEX National Council for 10 years and was Chair of the ILEX Investigating Committee from 2006 to 2008.
This experience of both sides of the claims spectrum means that he brings an all-round perspective to Temple’s review of customers’ cases.
He is able to help our customers open up previously unconsidered lines of enquiry and to guard them against the expense of fruitless or self-defeating approaches.
