Liane Goodman

Liane has spent the last 8 years working in customer service and administration roles in a variety of commercial organisations and with different levels of authority.  Since joining Temple, she has used this breadth of experience to develop customer service skills in her colleagues that have enabled us to strengthen our support of customers. 

With the objective of ensuring that we support our customers to the highest standards, she carries the responsibility for ongoing Customer Excellence training for all Temple staff. Liane also uses her customer service and administration skills to provide support and advice to Temple’s Employment Law Solicitors in the Employment Disputes (BTE) arena.
