An investigation has begun after a toddler had his arm torn off by a washing machine.
http://news.sky.com/home/uk-news/article/16087910 It is believed three-year-old Lewis Lightfoot lost the limb when he opened the door of the machine, which kept running instead of coming to an automatic stop. Before the accident, he had been helping his mother Rachel, 24; fill the machine with clothes at their home in Crewe, Cheshire. This is the sort of case which the mother of Lewis would find almost impossible to find a personal Injury lawyer to take on after the government implements the draconian changes to the way in which Personal Injury Lawyers work. The mother of Lewis hasn’t the means to deal with the potential cost of bringing an action against one of three potential defendants. Temple along with one of their expert cover holders are delighted to be able to help provide this young boy and his mother with risk free access to justice, something which is evidently lost on Mr. Cameron who is clearly being led along by the defendant insurers with no regard to the needs of the everyday person. Should your firm need to re visit their need for ATE cover then please don’t hesitate to contact Colin Carr on 01483 514414 or email colin.carr@temple-legal.co.uk
