Senior Legal Underwriter

I am responsible for underwriting all types of ATE risk, either as one-off cases, or as a scheme. This includes for example, clinical negligence and commercial contract, as well as personal injury.

I also manage my share of our delegated authority schemes, where I enjoy the opportunity of meeting the faces behind the names at the solicitors involved.

I have worked in insurance since 1979, moving exclusively to legal expenses in 1984. I joined Temple in 2000, where I enjoy the novel challenges of the emerging ATE market.

Outside work I am an inveterate collector of classic cars, dinky toys, clocks, coins and friends.
