General Manager

As a manager, consultant and executive coach with 40 years of UK and international business experience, Fred’s responsibility at Temple is to ensure that we give the highest level of support to our customers.

His experience includes managing customer-focussed technical support teams in IBM, advising a leading UK bank in its move from a product to a customer-centred business model and coaching leadership teams in Europe and USA to implement major change programmes. 

Through combining the General Manager role at Temple with continuing international consultancy, he is able to give Temple access to world-class management practice and thinking.
