Lucy Harding

Business Support Manager

Lucy has 12 years experience of working in front line customer service within the insurance industry.  Her experience in Life Insurance companies included all aspects of policy administration and direct involvement with the public through her work in an in-bound call centre.  She joined Temple’s Business Support Team in 2005 since when she has worked with our customers mainly on claims handling.

Lucy’s experiences mean that her approach to her responsibilities is instinctively customer centred.  She is a key person in ensuring the Temple meets its goal of treating customers not only fairly but also with courtesy, efficiency and understanding.
