On Thursday 1st December 2016 the professional negligence lawyers association are hosting their annual conference at Billesley Manor.
The day will cover emerging trends and lists host of renowned names as speakers. Among the many highlights are:
- Patrick Lawrence QC of 4 New Square providing an update on recent developments
- Simon Salzedo QC of Brick Court discussing developments following the case of Stone & Rolls v Moore Stephens
- Mark Cannon QC of 4 New Square will be tackling financial services and investment claims
In addition Temple’s sales Director will be discussing the professional negligence pitfalls to avoid when advising clients on ATE and funding.
